Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least two years of related experience in a Contact Center environment. Equivalent combination of education and/or related experience may be considered.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills, including phone and e-mail etiquette.

  • Ability to interface with co-workers, internal departments, service providers, and customers in an environment that requires multi-tasking.
