Customer Service Representative (Work From Home)

Job Requirements:

• High school degree or GED required; Associate’s degree a plus
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service, help-desk, and/or comprehensive call center knowledge
• Bilingual (Spanish), is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines and manage time effectively
