We are looking for: 

  • 1-3 years of professional leading a customer support team
  • Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex technical concepts through strong curiosity and a willingness to get your hands dirty
  • Ability to communicate with and manage projects at VP and Director client levels
  • Strong technical aptitude, with demonstrable proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting web APIs (JSON, XML)
