Details for the Insurance Specialist:

  • Pay: $19-20/ hour + commissions and incentives!
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00am-10:00pm EST
  • 100% remote!
  • Equipment is provided
  • MUST reside in the state of Florida

Job Responsibilities for the Health Benefits Specialist:

  • Complete data entry and/or appropriate forms to enroll, confirm, and document patient’s benefit coverage
  • Handle inbound calls to educate customers on products and services offered
  • Resolved customer service inquiries
  • Sell and renew memberships
  • Meet sales metrics, quality standards, and consistently meet productivity goals
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience

Qualifications for the Health Benefits Specialist:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year(s) of customer service and/or call center experience
  • Must reside in the state of Florida
