Customer Service Analyst (Remote but needs to be LV local)

Come be part of Everi’s team as a Customer Service Analyst! In this role, you will be assisting customers with their inquiries while using your expert relationship-building skills to provide world-class service!

**This position is remote but applicants need to local to Las Vegas**

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Answering inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with billing inquiries and disputes while providing a positive customer experience.
  • Answers customer questions, explains available services, corrects errors, and resolves financial disputes as conveyed by cardholders, clients, and card associations.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed to do the Job:

Qualifications

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, 100% remote position
  • Excellent communication
  • Attention to detail

Nice to have’s:

  • 1+ years experience in a customer service role
  • Understanding of MS Office Suite products
  • Previous work in an office environment
