Contract / Temporary

$16.00 – $17.00 / Hourly

Description

Customer Service Representatives might be interested in this Construction/Contractor field opportunity via Robert Half, in a dynamic, rapidly changing call center. If you are articulate and highly-skilled, you might be the Customer Service Representative we are looking for to build solid customer relationships.

This could be the Rutland, Vermont Customer Service Representative position you’re looking for, if you’re available for a long-term contract / temporary engagement.

Major responsibilities

  • Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers
  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
  • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
  • Manage incoming telephone calls

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Call Center Customer Service
  • Remote Support experience
  • Solid understanding of call centers
  • Proficiency in call centers
  • Foundational knowledge in Call Center Customer Service
  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
  • 2+ years’ experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
  • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
