Title: Help Desk Analyst

Location: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Florida

Contract / Temporary to Hire

$23.75 – $27.50 / Hourly

Description

Need a remote Help Desk candidate for a fully remote Tier 1 support role. This is a WFH position. Handling Tier 1 IT Support issues including configuring machines, escalating tickets, Windows OS Support issues, MS Office application issues, troubleshooting laptops/desktop/mobile devices, telecom issues, wi-fi issues, VPN issues, Active Directory issues, etc. This is a long term contract to hire position. Fully remote job that doesn’t require vaccination. Client is a long term Robert Half client and has hired a lot of people from us in the past. Job is remote but candidates must be from New Hampshire, MA, Maine or Florida.

Requirements

  • -1+ year of Help Desk or Call Center Support experience
  • -Windows OS Support experience
  • -Office 365 Support experience
  • -Mobile Device Support Experience
  • -Printer Support experience
  • -Basic Network Support Experience
