Ajilon is hiring a Loan Specialist to provide support within the Paycheck Protection Program. This temp project is in partnership with the Small Business Administration to help provide funding during this time. This job will provide the first level of support for those retailers who have entered the Paycheck Protection Program. Outstanding customer service is one of the keys to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to customer’s who have entered the Paycheck Protection Program.
- Review applications and documentation to mitigate risk
- Identify issues and help to improve the customer experience
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- 1+ years of experience with either a financial institution or payment provider
- Experience in direct customer facing roles
- Interest in implementing feedback and dedicated to the improvement of your skills and work
- Superb attention to detail
- A degree from a 4 year university
Employment type: Temporary, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, Remote
