Title: Project Associate, Transactions

Location: United States

• Remote OK
• Full-Time
• $50k – $70k

The Position:

Machinio is looking to add to our Operations Team, specifically surrounding our Transactions initiative. This role will be helping our Machinio clients to sell their machines faster and get the most out of their membership. Machinio is a technology company- no machinery industry experience necessary!

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify high-demand asset segments
• Consult with clients around the world to understand their needs and how Machinio can meet them
• Manage and coordinate auctions and private sales of machinery and equipment
• Grow this business segment and your own team along with it- this role is a springboard to management responsibilities!

This person/role will fall under our Director of Operations for guidance and training, but we are definitely looking for someone who can take initiative, solve problems, and set and achieve goals.

Compensation:

• Base Salary (commensurate with experience, $50k-$70k range) + Performance Incentives/Bonuses.

Interview Process

• Step 1- Phone conversation with Director of Operations
• Step 2- Problem Solving/Creativity Assessment (done on your own time)
• Step 3- Final Interview with Senior Management
