Sales Representative/Account Manager

GreatBuildz is looking for a Sales Rep. to join our growing team. Ideal candidate would have 1+ years of experience in client sales or account management. Compensation includes salary and performance bonuses.

GreatBuildz is a quickly growing Los Angeles startup that’s transforming the way homeowners find and hire trusted renovation contractors. Home renovation is a $400B industry; unfortunately, 50% of homeowners report having a negative experience with their contractor. We’ve made Customer Service our superpower by providing clients with ongoing support from a real human to ensure their renovation goes smoothly. This position is part-time, remote and this position is expected to operate on Pacific Standard Time hours.

$30-40/hr + bonus compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Describe & Communicate the GreatBuildz value propositions to prospective, local General Contractors
  • Screen potential General Contractors for trust, reliability, and performance using our 10-point vetting process.
  • Interview potential General Contractors to find those with excellent communication skills, high-touch customer service, and a passion for client satisfaction.
  • Perform a thorough intake process to fully onboard each new GreatBuildz contractor
  • Regularly report your progress & results to managers and discuss ideas for improvement
  • Cold-call general contractors

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in phone sales or account management, ideally in a consultative sales role.
  • Outbound cold calling experience
  • B2B sales experience (preferred)
  • Friendly/helpful on the phone & good at building relationships with partners
  • Approachable and warm personality that puts potential partners at ease and builds their trust.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Qualities: Authentic, Curious, Empathetic, Good listener, Loves People
  • Construction/renovation knowledge or experience a plus

$30-40/hr + bonus

Remote – anywhere in USA

10-20 hours per week
