Senior Associate, Service Strategy

The Service Strategy team (under the Chief Customer Officer) is a critical part of Relativity’s global Service Delivery team (encompassing Customer Success, Customer Support, Cloud Operations). We are responsible for driving our strategy to achieve sustainable, scalable value for customers and Relativity through our services. We are a thought partner to leadership and collaborate to answer the tough questions. In addition, we empower our team members to learn cross-functionally to provide a foundation for future leadership roles in the company.

Core Duties of the Role

    • Work closely with the Chief Customer Officer and Service Delivery Leadership Team (SDLT) to develop our long-term strategic plans and maintain alignment with enterprise strategy.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to realize our strategies from annual planning through execution, including end-to-end ownership of select projects.
    • Provide dedicated decision support to one or more Service Delivery leaders and partner to answer the key strategic and operational questions facing their function.
    • Evaluate and recommend changes to our Service Delivery operating model, including but not limited to the integration of services teams acquired through M&A.
    • Create clarity around our service strategy for audiences across Relativity.

    • 3+ years’ experience in a management/strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or corporate strategy team
