Job Description

Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for the immigration team which prepares and manages immigration sponsorship for employees. Duties include: coordinates a high volume of work visa applications including communicating with internal and external partners to initiate immigration processes; collects and interprets data to produce reports using a case management system; enters, updates, and tracks work visa related data in a case management system; organizes documentation used to support work visa applications; coordinates a high volume of green card applications, including communicating with internal and external partners to initiate the process and coordinating recruitment efforts; organizes and updates compliance files; updates template letters and forms; and prepares template letters and forms in support of immigration related processes. Other duties may include: conducts special projects; coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations; and composes correspondence and other documentation as needed. The position requires a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Basic Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

– Prior exposure to employment-based immigration terms and concepts a plus

– Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
– Strong reading and writing skills
– Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
– Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
– Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
