The Legal team at Doximity is seeking a Corporate Paralegal and Legal Operations Manager to help optimize our legal and governance processes as we continue to scale. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be a key and engaged member of the Legal team, working directly with the team’s internal business partners and outside vendors. If you want a role with a lot of independence, variety, and growth potential, this is the role for you.

In this newly created role, you will work cross functionally with product, R&D, HR and finance business partners as you focus on optimizing the Legal team’s support to the business as we grow. If you prefer an in-person work experience, we welcome you to apply for our San Francisco-based headquarters; however, given our remote-friendly culture (even pre-COVID), remote candidates are welcome. This role does not offer relocation.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Prepare and file corporate documentation, including board and shareholder minutes, resolutions, consents, and certifications; manage the database of records and corporation information for all subsidiaries; and engage and direct the work of corporate agents and outside subsidiary management vendors.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate regulatory documents.
  • Coordinate and manage our compliance calendar and legal filing system.
  • Manage requests for information and documents from our internal and external auditors, regulators, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Interface with Deal Desk and facilitate contract review and execution processes
  • Negotiate non-disclosure agreements with third parties.
  • Maintain and improve contract templates.
  • Identify, design, and implement new processes and procedures to improve the group’s efficiency, productivity, and communication.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years corporate paralegal experience at a law firm, in-house legal department at a public company, or a combination of both.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to details.
  • Must be able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to interact independently and effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, including executives and senior management.
  • A self-starter and collaborative team player.
