We’re looking for curious and collaborative people to join our growing entrepreneurial team. The Personality Profile Solutions team (division of Wiley & Sons) is an online, retail e-commerce business that sells Wiley Professional Learning products to organizations and people who want to become more effective in their workplace and achieve career success. PPS operates as a Wiley Authorized Partner offering Everything DiSC, The Five Behaviors, and PXT Select brand assessments and training materials. As Customer Relations Specialist, you will play a key role by providing education and support to our online community of customers and learners, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products and solutions and are successful using them to improve personal relationships and professional relationships.

 

How you will make an impact:

  • Educating and supporting our customers and prospects via calls and emails.
  • In-the moment problem-solving, support, and education on our tools, technology, and services.
  • Working alongside a small, dedicated, growth-driven team.
  • Having fun and working hard.

 

We are looking for people who:

  • Are emotionally intelligent.
  • Are curious learners.
  • Are comfortable with e-commerce website navigation.
  • Have passion for working with people.
  • Have an exceptional education and service mentality.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Are team-oriented, with a collaborative nature.
  • Are proficient with technology, and a willingness to master tools that you don’t know.
  • Have an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Have college experience (preferred).
  •  

    Have the ability to work evenings & weekends (1 hour) every three weeks.
