Job Overview:

Create a positive experience for our customers by providing exceptional phone support through an outbound call scheduling system. The right person for this position will be patient, persuasive and dedicated to taking care of customer needs through unscripted, genuine phone conversations. You will provide order status information, provide detailed information about products and service, resolve billing and technical issues and offer assistance in website navigation.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls scheduled by our customers to provide assistance or resolve order issues.
  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to connect with customers

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced with web based applications and Windows
  • Ability to show empathy while providing on the spot resolutions to enhance our customers’ experience
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment

  • Bilingual in Spanish, French, or Mandarin is a definite plus!

Job Location:

This position will be remote until further notice due to the global pandemic.


Required Experience:

  • High School Diploma is required
  • 2-4 years of Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Must have computer experience and basic troubleshooting knowledge
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and data management
