Piper Enterprise Solutions Team has an urgent need for Customer Service Representatives, the CSR will be responsible for fielding a high volume of inbound calls from businesses regarding frequently asked questions

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Fielding a high volume of inbound calls
  • Communicating with customers to resolve frequently asked questions
  • Fantastic interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer skills to operate at a high level

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative include:

  • 1+ years in call center or help desk
  • high speed internet at agents place of performance is required
  • public trust/ background and drug and credit
  • Laptops, Monitor, Keyboard, and Headsets will be provided. Equipment must be returned in working condition at the end of the agent’s employment.
  • $12/hr, Ability to work Fully Remote
