Overview of Position
Enters data from a source document into a computer system. Verifies entries for accuracy and completeness. May convert data from one electronic system to another. Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures. May work with standalone data systems or enterprise wide tools supporting activities such as marketing lead tracking, fulfillment, manufacturing, and equipment maintenance or materials transactions.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required
  • Meet productivity standards as outlined in client metrics
  • Identify any issues or trends and bring them to the attention of management team
  • Work on special projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 0 – 1 years’ work experience
  • Computer literate

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Healthcare and / or insurance billing, processing or customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of the data entry process
  • Manual dexterity
  • Visual acuity

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

  • General office demands

How much should I expect to travel?

  • Little to none

Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
