As the Email Marketing Operations Lead at Carbon Health you will take ownership over the processes and systems for building, QAing, and deploying automated and scheduled messaging campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and In-app messaging channels. You will own our marketing stack and operations. This includes setting up campaigns in Braze, managing vendor relationship, working cross functionally with with Development, DevOps, Compliance, and the Marketing team. You are systems and process-focused with a technical background.
What You’ll Do
Own the processes to build, QA, and deploy multi-channel campaigns in our messaging automation platform.
Be the expert on the data flow between our CMS and landing pages
Own technical communications with the customer success and account managers of our marketing automation vendors.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure HTML-based assets are correctly templatized, UTMs are configured, and deep links are generated and tested.
Work with engineering to set up sandboxes and connected test environments.
About You
5+ years in marketing operations with a technical background.
Proficiency with email service providers, CRMs, and marketing automation platforms like Braze, Iterable, Marketo, Marketing Cloud
Deep understanding of DNS, DKIM, and DMARC records.
Experience navigating databases and writing SQL queries at a proficient level.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior healthcare industry experience
Knowledge and experience with data governance and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM)
Experience deploying and testing multi-touch lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Experience working in B2B context
