Fashion Project – Customer Support at ModSquad

ModSquad is seeking enthusiastic Mods who have a passion for fashion! ModSquad is a global provider of managed digital engagement services. Their 10,000+ Mods chat with customers, moderate web content, manage communities, and buzz in social media for many of the world’s coolest brands, including the NFL, Zendesk, and Topps, to name a few.
This role will be responsible for taking incoming calls, answering tickets, and offering customer callbacks, so having experience and confidence in customer support over the phone is an absolute necessity.
Orientation includes self-paced and lives orientation sessions and regular guidance thereafter. The leadership team wants to ensure that every member has the skills and opportunities to excel in all areas of this project.
Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm PST
(Preference for availability 3-5 pm Tuesday – Friday, and 9-11 am Monday – Friday.)
10 minimum weekly hours
90 days minimum on project


    • can provide excellent customer support
    • has experience with Zendesk and Shopify (preferred)
    • Zendesk Chat support experience a plus!
    • has excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • must be native English, US or UK based
    • has phone support and customer support experience
    • has a quiet environment to take calls, ideally a home office
    • has a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
    • has critical thinking skills and the ability to learn new processes quickly
    • can type at least 40WPM (or more)
    • potentially has retail experience (a plus but not required!)
