What You’ll Do

You will coach a small team of Customer Service Consultants, working towards a shared mission–delivering an exceptional client experience. Your enthusiasm, encouragement and course corrections will drive the team’s success.

  • Teach new team members the ropes!
  • Foster a culture that places our customers as the highest priority
  • Fine tune training processes
  • Track your team’s progress
  • Work closely with our Customer Success Manager

This extraordinary opportunity will be awarded to a truly caring person who has at least 4 years coaching a team in customer service and sales training(Yes, offering an opportunity to change people’s fate with our proven products is an important part of this position. We feel good about this because our customers will either succeed in building new bone, or get all of their money back – so it’s a “no lose” opportunity for them. It’s just how we do things.)

What Will You Earn?

Starting salary for the Junior Contact Centre Trainer (Customer Service) position is $52,000 and can range up to $55,000 depending on your past experience and expertise.
