Along with our People Business Partners, our Lead Recruiter is tasked with the most important job in the company: finding high performing, high-accountable individuals who embrace their role and responsibilities and maintain strong engagement during their time at 15Five. In short, your mandate is to hire expertly matched candidates into our roles while maintaining urgency and the integrity of values and business strategy-aligned hiring process.
As a Lead Recruiter you are able to confidently function as a generalist and collaborate, coach and advise People Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Interviewing teams as well as Candidates through all stages of the interview process with ease and adaptability. You have extensive proven ability to successfully fill a variety of roles (entry level to Director) in a hyper-growth organization that’s focused on scaling and quickly! This role also includes talent operations responsibilities such as defining new roles, iterating on our  interview process, scorecards and guidelines and leading training activities.     • Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, scheduling, screening, interviewing, selection and offer support in conjunction with our People Business Partners, Hiring Managers and 15Five’s Inclusion & Belonging Program and external Partners
    • Ensure recruiting compliance, efficiency, and alignment with company goals and values
    • Iterate on ways to nurture candidates from initial contact through to offer stage and pre-boarding in conjunction with People Business Partners, Hiring Managers and other business processes such as our automated Onboarding Workflows and HRSI management
    • Assist with the planning and execution of recruiting events (virtual until further notice), in conjunction with People Business Partners and 15Five’s Inclusion & Belonging Program and external Partners
    • In conjunction with our People Business Partners iterate on training and role marketing materials to support Team Members tapping into their broader social networks to source candidates
    • Create positive impressions, aiming for future referrals even with candidates who do not advance in the process
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on 15Five’s recruiting and interviewing process in partnership with our People Business Partners and Director of Talent Transformation
    • Collaborate with our People Business Partners to improve our process, aligning with the hiring strategy, OKRs, values and competencies and overall business strategy; iterate on training materials to support our hiring process for hiring managers, interview teams and all other relevant stakeholders
    • Ensure all up-to-date process information is carefully organized and accessible to the People and Culture team, hiring managers, interview teams and all other relevant stakeholders
    • Manage the reference check and background check process and any associated follow-up communication
    • Working in conjunctions with our People Business Partner and Marketing team, ensure all collateral and external messaging optimizes 15Five’s employer brand
    • Serve as the ATS (Lever) resident expert, data maintenance lead and trainer; support relevant stakeholders in leveraging Lever to its fullest extent, automating where possible to ensure a smooth process
    • Ensure that Lever is 100% updated and organized at all times, including accurate documentation of candidate pipelines, up-to-date and easy to access templates, and system upgrades


    • 3+ years of Recruitment Experience
    • Proven ability to scale talent effectively and efficiently in a hyper-growth organization
    • Exemplary time management skills; proven ability to manage and prioritize heavy workloads, high volume scheduling and candidate correspondence
    •  Expertly translate business/team needs into the hiring process
    • Sense of urgency with candidate management, meeting hiring managers’ needs
    • Tech savvy; learn, leverage and optimize our recruiting tools and technology quickly
    • Strong collaborator that prioritizes building trusting relationships with key stakeholders
    • Proven ability to develop scalable, repeatable systems, processes and tools
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with People Business Partners, hiring managers and interviewing teams
    • Strong advocate of diversity recruiting with a passion for building partnerships to promote Inclusion & Belonging
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail, consistently committing minimal errors
    • Willingness and comfort to be on video calls 4+ hours per day

    • Complete 15Five’s New Hiring Onboarding
    • Hire 10 people who meet or exceed the requirements of the respective roles, across multiple teams, either directly or as a support team member
    • Be able to accurately translate business/team needs into Role & Performance Agreements and subsequently to candidates
    • Confident with all Lever features and hiring/ interview tools, process and documentation
    • Able to independently audit and all existing hiring tools, processes and documentation, offering 3-5 recommendations for improvement
    • Confidently conducting screening interviews, actively working to screen candidates out early in the process to decrease time spent by yourself and Hiring Teams on the wrong candidates for the role’s mission, outcomes and competencies
    • Ability to accurately and efficiently draft the interview process and scorecard, translating to Lever for use by Interviewing Teams to leverage
    • Continually shadow Hiring Manager and Interviewing Teams to iterate on the ”who” we are seeking
    • Able to confidently deliver 15Five’s employee value proposition and role highlights to candidates, depending on the role and team needs
    • Able to help candidates understand the overarching purpose and meaning they will find with 15Five’s Mission and Vision
