Sutherland Global’s Mortgage Services division provides premiere end to end and component mortgage servicing solutions to our Fortune 1000 clients. Supporting multiple clients across multiple lines of business we are offering fully remote, work from home positions.
We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert with exceptional communication skills to facilitate the Loan Processing service delivery function for our clients.
This will involve working with the client and our offshore loan processing team to handle various escalations and ensure seamless service delivery.
This role will also oversee the pipeline to ensure timely submission of loans to underwriting and rate lock policy adherence.
To be successful, you will need:
• Proven ability to research, resolve, and respond to escalated inquiries, complaints, and disputes with regards to loan processing service agreements
• The capability to partner with various departments, clients, and partners within the business to resolve escalated and complex issues
• Ability to communicate effectively with others (clients, executives, offshore partners) to ensure resolution of matters
• The ability to clearly document identified risks and/or problems
• With the capacity to work with leadership teams, clients and offshore loan processing teams to remove obstacles and identify opportunities to improve client relations and service delivery
Preferred skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage Loan Processing
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work with executives and professionals at all levels, onshore and offshore
- Strong technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing SLA’s and KPI’s
