About This Role

The Threadless Product Team is looking for a Product Operations Coordinator who is comfortable with a dynamic workflow, gathering data from disparate sources, and can remain organized while clearly communicating with various stakeholders on the status and requirements of product and supply chain operations projects. You’ll work closely with the Brand, Community Experience, VIP Artist Shops, Finance, and Digital Teams to ensure products and vendor integrations launch complete and on time.

In this role, you’ll be primarily responsible for the documentation required to move projects forward, assisting in the analysis of supply chain and logistics operations and strategy, providing assistance on enterprise segments like wholesale, online marketplaces, and plugins, and working closely with other departments on product-related initiatives. As a member of the Product Department, you’ll be available to assist other members on a broad range of tasks and will be reporting to the Product Operations Director.

We are looking for someone who can help Threadless hit departmental and company goals while keeping sustainability as their guiding principle. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the requirements for all product and supply chain projects from pre-kickoff to post-launch. Develop, maintain, and edit all project documentation.
  • Operate with self-direction on all projects while seeking input from various departments.
  • Be a primary liaison between the Product and Digital Teams, and a key resource for project information requests and requirements for other departments.
  • Assist the VP of Product and the Product Operations Director in the organization of product-related projects.
  • Support the Graphics Coordinator for timely execution of on-site imagery and product renderings.
  • Aid in the development and execution of enterprise sales and coordinate with wholesale, plugin, and marketplace partners.
  • Perform light analysis on product and promotional strategy, eg. understanding cost and margin impact, market comparisons, and product quality.

Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration or similar concentration.
  • 3+ years experience as a project/product coordinator or similar function, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, online, and remote work environment (Google Workspace suite, Slack, Basecamp, etc.)
  • Expertise in Word and PowerPoint or similar applications (eg. Google Docs, Google Slides)
  • Strong familiarity with Excel or similar spreadsheet applications (eg., Google Sheets)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing and interpreting technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with retail math concepts (eg. margins, mark-up, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of business users. Clear and concise written communication is key to being successful in this role.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a positive and timely manner.
  • Demonstrated fluency with MySQL for data analysis a plus
  • Knowledge of the Direct to Garment and on-demand manufacturing industry a major plus
