Scheduling Representative at CarepathRx

Job Details:

We are looking for an experienced call center professional to be the first impression of ExactCare for our referrals by scheduling and tracking the number of scheduled health and medication reviews for our Pharmacy Representatives. These scheduling calls are essential to the overall success of our Pharmacy Representative team as they will be the initial consultation with the prospective patient. The Scheduling Representative will be educating patients on who we are, what we do, and how we make their lives better. Calls vary based on referral source; this position does involve cold calling.

Responsibilities:

  • Call on referrals daily and schedule them for a health and medication review with our Pharmacy Representatives

  • Handle inbound calls from both patients and referral sources

  • Accountable for daily and weekly goals for scheduled health and medication reviews, along with number of inbound and outbound calls

  • Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues

  • Work independently and also as a key member of the entire team

  • Place scheduled health and medication reviews on pharmacy representatives’ calendars

  • Document all calls, tasks and appointments in Salesforce

  • Create positive first impression of ExactCare and the unique services we provide

  • Participate in daily team huddles, attend training sessions and other ad-hoc meetings as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of sales processes, healthcare products and industry

  • Energetic yet compassionate phone skills required

  • Great problem-solving ability

  • Highly motivational and possesses persuasion skills

  • Ability to stay organized

  • Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking

  • Self-starter with little to no supervision needed

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce or similar software

  • Passion to help people and enrich their lives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience.

  • Previous cold calling or call center experience.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce (or similar software).
