As a Reporting Solution Architect, you will be designing the future of Healthgrades’ reporting approach for client implementations, enabling health systems, hospitals and providers to better reach those consumers who are seeking care.

The Healthgrades application set up will enable health systems to create a holistic patient view and take action on information critical to their patient care and provider engagement campaigns. This enterprise platform will bring together once disparate data into a single platform, breaking down data silos and making data more useful across an entire organization. From client-gathered requirements, cross-referenced with product strategy and goals, this role will be the key point person for recommending reporting solutions and key approaches for clients. The architect will work within the applications team to ensure the solutions are configured to harness the powerful data to lead to actionable outcomes for clients. This person may also be used to support other functions within the application implementations team, supporting both Salesforce and Technology-Agnostic solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver support for Professional Services team consisting of solution consultants, application engineers and architects
  • Participate in and, at times, facilitate discussions with clients regarding reporting needs, working with the client business analysts to understand business cases
  • Link those collected business cases and processes with technical solutions, understanding client impacts and potential downstream effects
  • Provide leadership with support to present findings and recommendations to clients and internal leadership
  • Develop reporting features to process incoming healthcare information quickly and reliably, focusing on ways to make outputs actionable and useful for clients
  • Review other team members’ code for correctness and quality
  • Refactor and improve the existing code base for simplicity and clarity
  • Remove roadblocks to development through collaboration, communication, and creative solution recommendations
  • Recommend and drive development best practices and continuous integration and delivery as part of a forward-thinking, agile organization
  • Serve as expert and stay informed on new functionality around above mentioned platforms
  • Liaise with onshore and offshore team and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks.

Experience Requirements

  • 4-7 years experience developing and deploying applications in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with large scale reporting needs with client projects extending over months or years
  • 3+ Years of experience in Tableau reporting suite
  • 3+ Years of experience in Alteryx reporting suite
  • 3+ Years of experience in Salesforce reporting and app exchange packages
  • 2+ Year of experience in Salesforce Einstein A.I. or similar learning/smart artificial intelligence platforms
  • Experience in healthcare referral management and scheduling workflows for primary and specialty care services
  • Knowledge (and experience) designing and building distributed systems for scalability and security
  • Experience supporting internal / external stakeholders during the planning, management and delivery of technology projects
  • Naturally curious and able to learn new skills/functions in order to support team and growing business needs
  • Keen attention to detail, eye for design and understanding the value of collaboration with UX/creative and product teams
  • Test-and-learn mentality you pivot quickly when an approach is not successful

  • Salary: $135K – $150K annually*
