    We are looking to add a Sales Leader to our phone team.  As the Manager, you are responsible for managing a team of sales representatives.  You will define strategy and overall business planning for accounts that fall within this sector.  You will provide feedback, coaching and training, ensuring team quota attainment, driving activity levels, and implementing process efficiency changes to drive maximum productivity. You are responsible for both new customer acquisition efforts as well as up-sell and cross-sell efforts into existing Zoom relationships.

  • 10 + years of Account Executive experience at a technology company

  • Experience selling Room Collaboration technologies to Enterprises

  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen

  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs for Office Spaces

  • Work closely with internal teams to drive customer feedback and improve product

  • A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & team work

  • Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred

  • BA/ BS or equivalent experience

  • Meet or exceed sales and product objectives

  • Must be able to work in US time zones

  • Develop a strong understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes

  • Be an innovator that will help our global company discover new ways to sell our Rooms Technology and drive new business initiatives

  • Partner with Account Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers

  • Partner with Channels to drive business growth

  • Partner with Manufacturers to drive business growth

  • Work closely with internal teams to drive customer feedback and improve product

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates

  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to accurately manage a multi-channel pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.com

  • Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience a Plus

  • Experience selling  and understanding Security a Plus

  • Experience selling Web and Video Collaboration a Plus
