- Education: HS Diploma/GED required.
- Associate’s degree Or equivalent education/experience preferred.
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) and/or Certified Patient Account Technician (CPAT) and/or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred.
