Technical Support Representative (Work From Home)
Job Duties:
1. Provide customer service support and triage calls to Tech 2 reps for servicing of tankless water heater systems.
2. Troubleshoot units and issues via the phone, being able to clearly detect problems and gather accurate information
3. Posses the ability to respond and understand problem to triage the appropriate representative the escalated call.
4. Identify business vs. technical problems and either resolve or escalate appropriately
